About the Staff

At The Blooming Academy, our team is made up of passionate and caring educators who believe in the power of creativity, self-expression, and joyful learning. Each staff member brings their own unique background in theater, education, arts, or youth development — but what unites them all is a deep commitment to helping every child feel seen, supported, and inspired. Our staff have experience coaching, directing and performing at both a National and International level.

All of our staff have been professionally trained and have worked either as an actor, or a dancer, and have been teaching children for a combined 15 years! They are all background checked, and hold full and active first and emergency aid certifications.

We create a safe and welcoming environment where children are encouraged to explore, take creative risks, and grow at their own pace. Whether guiding a group through a scene rehearsal, planting seeds in the garden, or leading a storytelling circle, our team leads with kindness, enthusiasm, and heart.

Every camp session is supported by instructors and assistants who prioritize safety, communication, and meaningful connection — ensuring each child’s experience is both magical and memorable.
